Jury Acquits Erie Man of Aggravated Assault
An Erie man who was defended by Erie criminal defense attorney Tim George was cleared of charges that he intentionally injured one of the passengers in a sport utility vehicle which was run off the road by him. He faced charges of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and an accident involving death or personal injury. After a three day trial, a jury acquitted the man of all charges.
